There are questions that we all ask ourselves before submitting ourselves to the different services I offer. I have selected a list of the most common ones. If you still have more, do not hesitate to contact me.
The microblading is a semi-permanent makeup technique used to define, fill in or redesign eyebrows. Through this procedure, small strokes are drawn on the skin that mimic the natural hair of the eyebrows, achieving a very realistic effect. These strokes are made with a manual tool that has a series of small needles (like a fine blade), which deposit pigment in the surface layer of the skin.
Microblading is especially popular among those who want more defined or fuller eyebrows, or who have lost hair due to reasons such as aging, alopecia or over-plucking. Unlike traditional eyebrow tattooing, which penetrates deeper layers of the skin and has a more permanent result, microblading is less invasive and the result lasts between 12 and 18 months, depending on skin type and aftercare.
It is a very new technique that consists of micropigmentation to make your lips look very natural but contoured and with a uniform color. It serves both to raise the tone and to lower it; it will also look like you are wearing make-up without the need to wear lipstick. A color gradient is made from the contour inwards so they will look much juicier.
Blurred eye-liner micropigmentation
It consists of micropigmenting an eyelash filler by pulling a small corner of the eyelash outwards.
For this technique we must make a previous assessment to see if it is possible for your type of eye.
Duration: approximately 2 years
Block your time, assuming that the first day of service is 3:00h of work.
We will draw your line as thin as possible to work the blurring from it. By mutual agreement we will start working.
Once finished we will schedule your next visit for the retouching (this will last 1:30 h approx).
No sun for a week.
Do not apply make-up or moisturize until healed.
The waxing of eyebrows and/or upper lip with threading is an ancient and popular technique, especially in Middle Eastern and Asian cultures, used to precisely shape and clean the eyebrows. In this method, a cotton or polyester thread is used which is wound and twisted, trapping the hairs between the twists of the thread. The hair is then plucked from the root with quick, controlled movements.
This process allows multiple hairs to be removed at once in straight lines, making it ideal for shaping eyebrows with great precision. Unlike other hair removal methods, such as tweezing or waxing, threading does not stretch the skin or use chemicals, making it a gentle and less irritating option, especially for people with sensitive skin.
Avoid exfoliating the skinDo not use exfoliants or abrasive products on the eyebrow area or face for at least 24-48 hours before waxing to avoid sensitizing the skin.
Clean the area well: Arrive at the treatment with clean skin, free of makeup, creams, oils or other products. This will allow the professional to have a better visibility of the hair and prevent the products from interfering with the process.
Moisturize your skinKeep the skin moisturized in the previous days to avoid dryness or irritation after waxing.
Avoid sun or aggressive treatments: Do not sunbathe or undergo treatments such as chemical peels or lasers at least 48 hours before, as this can make the skin more sensitive.
Communicate if you are sensitive: If you have sensitive skin or allergies, it is important to inform the specialist so that she can adjust the technique and apply appropriate products.
Avoid touching or rubbing the area: After epilation, the skin may be slightly irritated. Avoid touching or scratching the area to prevent further infection or irritation.
Apply a soothing product: After waxing, you can apply products such as aloe vera gel, rose water or a soothing cream to reduce redness and sensitivity.
Avoid makeup for 24 hours: No apliques maquillaje ni productos agresivos (como ácidos o retinoides) en las áreas depiladas al menos durante 24 horas, ya que la piel estará más vulnerable.
Do not expose your skin to the sun: Avoid direct sun exposure in the 24 hours after waxing, as the skin will be more sensitive and may burn or stain easily. If it is necessary to go out in the sun, use sunscreen.
Avoid excessive heat: During the first 24 hours, avoid activities that generate heat on the skin, such as saunas, hot baths or intense exercise that causes sweating, to prevent irritation or inflammation.
Keep skin hydrated: Be sure to apply a light moisturizer after the treatment and in the following days to keep the skin nourished and avoid dryness.
Do not exfoliate the area immediatelyAvoid exfoliating or peeling the area for at least 3 days after waxing, as the skin will be more sensitive.
The eyebrow lamination is a cosmetic treatment used to smooth, comb and fix eyebrow hairs, achieving a more defined, tidy and voluminous appearance. In this procedure, a chemical solution is applied to the eyebrows that allows the hairs to be molded in the desired direction, leaving them with a more “laminated” or polished appearance.
The end result is more uniform brows, with a lifted and polished look, similar to the trendy “soap eyebrow effect” where the hairs look thicker and tidier.
This treatment is ideal for those who have unruly eyebrows, with hairs that grow in different directions, or for those who are looking for a fuller and thicker effect without resorting to permanent makeup. Laminating helps to shape them without the need to cut or pluck them, achieving an effect that lasts between 4 and 6 weeks.
The procedure usually takes about 30 to 45 minutes and consists of several steps: first, a solution is applied that softens the hairs to make them more pliable, then the hairs are combed in the desired direction and fixed with a second solution that holds them in place. In some cases, the treatment is complemented with an eyebrow dye for an even more defined effect.
The Eyelash lifting is a cosmetic treatment used to enhance natural eyelashes, curving them from the root to give them a longer, lifted appearance without the need for extensions. Unlike traditional curling, which provides a temporary effect, lifting uses a special solution that alters the structure of the hair to keep the lashes lifted for several weeks.
The Eyelash tinting is usually applied in conjunction with lifting to darken the lashes and make them look more defined and voluminous, especially useful for those with blonde or light lashes. Both treatments provide a more open and expressive look to the eyes, simulating the use of mascara, but with a much longer lasting effect (between 6 and 8 weeks, depending on the growth cycle of the eyelashes).
Avoid using make-up: Arrive at the treatment with clean lashes, with no traces of mascara, eyeliner or shadows. It is important that there are no products that interfere with the process.
Do not use eyelash curlers: At least 24 hours before the treatment, avoid using the eyelash curler, as this may weaken the eyelashes and affect the results of the lifting.
Avoid the use of oily productsDo not apply creams or oils near the eyes or on the eyelashes on the day of treatment, as they may create a barrier that hinders proper adherence of the products.
If you wear contact lenses, remove them.: If you wear contact lenses, remove them before the procedure for comfort and safety.
Inform us on allergies or sensitivities: If you have sensitive skin, delicate eyes or an allergy to chemicals, discuss this with the professional so that he/she can use appropriate products and avoid adverse reactions.
Avoid wetting the eyebrows for the first 24-48 hours:: Do not expose your eyelashes to water, steam or sweat to allow the lift and tint to set properly. This includes avoiding hot showers, saunas or intense exercise that may cause sweating.
Avoid fatty products:: During the first 24-48 hours, avoid using oily or oil-based products in the eye area, such as biphasic make-up removers or creams, as they may undo the lifting effect.
Do not curl or rub the eyelashes.: Avoid using mechanical curlers or curling eyelashes manually. It is also important not to rub your eyes, as this may alter the shape of the eyelashes.
Avoid makeup in the first 24 hours: Do not apply mascara or eyeliner for the first 24 hours, as the lashes are still settling in and may become damaged or lose their shape.
Moisturize eyelashes: After the first 48 hours, you can apply a nourishing eyelash serum or natural oils, such as castor oil, to keep them hydrated and strengthen them.
Avoid excessive heat: Reduce exposure to direct heat, such as the use of electric curling irons, hair dryers or irons near the eyelashes, as heat may alter the lifting effects.
Keep a regular touch-up:: Eyelash lifting and tinting lasts 6-8 weeks, depending on the growth cycle of the eyelashes. To maintain a consistent look, it is recommended to repeat the treatment every 6-8 weeks.
